Store Return Policy

BuyPCDirect.com offers a 21 day return policy (from the original invoice date) on selected items. CPU and memory must be returned within 7 days from the original invoice date.

To return a product, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done via email at rma@buypcdirect.com. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA. To authorize your return, we will need: 1) invoice number 2) customer name 3) item serial number 4) nature of problem. The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the RMA issue date. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. IN ORDER FOR YOUR RETURN PACKAGE TO BE ACCEPTED, THE RMA# MUST BE PROMINENTLY DISPLAYED ON THE PACKAGE’S SHIPPING LABEL.

All product returns must be in the original packaging and include all accessories, UPC codes, blank warranty cards, user manuals, and any other documentation that was provided by the manufacturer. If the returned package is incomplete, BuyPCDirect.com reserves the right to reject the entire return or impose additional charges to replace the missing components.

A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to BuyPCDirect.com on returned items. Refunds will be issued back to the original source of purchase. BuyPCDirect.com does not issue store credit.
